• Reliable and speedy service

  Ordered my products and received a text back the next day detailing delivery day and also giving a text option of changing the delivery.I opted for a delivery date a day later and was then told on the delivery morning I would be given a one hour delivery slot. Delivery was as arranged....no waiting in all day just stayed in for the hour and goods were delivered......brilliant service will definately use it again.

• Many Thanks

  I am so thankful I have found VetUK to supply me & (Spider - the cat) my lovely little boy with a diet that I hope will allow us to be together for a while longer. After being diagnoised with the onset of renal failure my vet recommended that I begin the Royal Canin S/O diet to help. VetUK have made this so much easier for me as I can order online, I can pay via my paypal account and delivery is confirmed to within the hour (great when you work as I do). Spider will be 17 in April, and although fish, chicken & prawns are now sadly off the menu he is enjoying the Royal Canin pouches and the S/O biscuits. So thank you VetUK for making this transition easier for both me and Spider.

• Rudy & Rosie

  Thank you to VetUK for several years of supplying necessary medication for my darling felines who both had thyroid and CRF. They finally succumbed to their illnesses over the Christmas/NY season -- Rudy died at home on 20th December in the evening and Rosie, his beloved sister, threw in the towel and was put to sleep on New Year's Eve at 8.30 p.m. They couldn't live without each other. It was due to VetUK's quick service and cheaper prices than the vet charged that I was able to keep them alive for so long. Thank you VetUK from the bottom of my heart.

• Wow!!

  Have used VetUK for a very long time and have always been pleased with the service and goods on offer and received, however in December 2013 decided to try their own dry dog food unfortunately it didn't suit two of my dogs so asked them to refund & collect food not used of which there was a lot, they offered the refund straight away and then asked me to donate the unused dog food to a rescue centre of my choice. What a fantastic thing to do especially as two of my dogs are rescue, we took it along to FAITH animal rescue in Hinkling Norfolk and they of course were delighted to receive it. So well done VetUK.
