UK Deliveries

We aim to pack and despatch all orders within 2 working days.

For orders under 2kg our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Second Class. Delivery is 2-3 days after despatch. Postal deliveries are Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank holidays

For parcels over 2kg our standard delivery service is DPD. Delivery is the day after despatch, with the exception of the surcharge areas listed below. Courier deliveries are Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and a signature maybe required.

Please Note:

• Orders below 2kg that contain Aerosol items will be shipped with Hermes not Royal Mail. No additional charges will be applied.
• Orders of over 250kg or extremely bulky orders will be shipped via a pallet service. You must therefore be able to accept delivery of a pallet to place orders of this size.

Upgrade delivery options will be displayed at the checkout. You can also choose ‘Priority Order’ (not available for prescription items) which will jump your order to the front of the queue.

Unfortunately we are unable to despatch to BFPO addresses.

Unfortunately we are unable to despatch aerosols to non UK Mainland addresses.

VetUK retains the right to change the shipping service used to despatch your order in instances where a different service is deemed more appropriate.

UK Surcharge Postcodes

For orders over 2kg a £7 surcharge per 30kg ordered will be applied to the following Highland and Island postcodes, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.  Deliveries to these areas take 1-2 days on top of the normal delivery time.

International Orders

We currently ship to the European Union destinations shown below. These are inclusive of mainland destinations only.  We do not ship prescription medications outside of the UK.

For orders under 1.8kg the standard delivery service is by Global Mail, this is not a tracked service. Delivery time for this shipping method is estimated at 4-6 days after despatch.
