• Very impressed

  With one of my cats on a special diet, this was proving very expensive + his biscuits where hard to get hold of. Now all 3 are now on Metabolic biscuits, I found VetUK once again, the first port of call. I also found Christmas presents for them all! They really do sell all you need for your pets!

• FABULOUS

  I don't normally give feedback but I have used this site twice now and have to say the service from start to finish and beyond is exceptional - the best website I have ever used for online shopping. After having bad experiences using a large well-known site, VetUK is a breath of fresh air in comparison. The prices are in my opinion the lowest around. The service from DPD delivery is amazing - advised day of delivery almost immediately and then on day of delivery I was given a one-hour time slot so no waiting around. I then only had to wait 5 minutes for delivery, so no needless time wasted. And, finally the option of the reminder to re-order - another added bonus for those of us who are forgetful/busy and forget to re-order! Congratulations to all for this fabulous site! I will certainly be recommending to all my doggy friends.

• Easy to order and quick delivery

  I was introduced to VetUK by my mum and dad. At first I was skeptical about ordering pet food online but I am well and truly converted. One of my cats has to eat a prescription only diet and I was finding that it was getting more and more expensive buying it from the vets. It was also inconvenient as I had to go and collect it. I now use VetUK to purchase his food and not only is it a LOT CHEAPER but it is also delivered to my door on a date that suits me. BRILLIANT!

• Always great service!

  Hadn't ordered pet products online until my 18 year old cat was diagnosed as borderline kidney failure - the renal food is much cheaper from VetUK than my local vet, and delivery is ALWAYS fast and easy - you get an email to say which day it will arrive and then on the morning you get a text with a 1 hour time window when the delivery will be. Brilliant not to have to wait around all day wondering when it will be. Very happy customer and my cat is doing well on her special diet. Thank you!

• Excellent in every way!

  I have been using VetUK for some time now. I find their range of products and brands excellent. The details provided for each item are sufficient to ensure that what you're ordering is exactly what you're looking for. Delivery is reliable and very quick and the reminder service for repeat products is a useful feature. Add to this the option to register for "Vet points" - similar to a store card, as you buy, the points add up and eventually you can get vouchers off your next purchase, pretty good for being a loyal customer! Add to that the fact that I am Blind and use a speech program to navigate the web site, this is one web site that is very easy to get around and understand without being able to see the screen! Any pet owners looking for something, I would certainly recommend this web site as a first point of call.

  I have tried all the usual companies that I used before and they would not send me worming spot on to France where I live. I was desperate then I stumbled on this company.
