• Prompt and efficient service

  Been using VetUK for best part of the year now and extremely happy with the prompt and efficient service. I appreciate the updates received relating to the shipment, from the exact delivery time, right down to driver's name. I don't understand why other companies don't offer the same delivery information!

• Constantly Improving

  I have been using VetUK for a few years now for supplies for my diabetic Westie - the prices can't be beaten, the delivery is excellent, the customer service brilliant & am really pleased with the postage costs (or more often lack of costs). I didn't think they could improve until I ordered my usual flea prevention treatment & it flashed up that there is a recommended cheaper equivalent, I'm so thrilled they have taken the time to do this as saving every penny with an expensive pet means so much.
