• Fast and easy

  I ordered my items on Saturday and received them in Denmark on Wednesday. It is faster than most goods are normally distributed in Denmark and the price is much cheaper. I really recommend VetUK.

• Best delivery company

  DPD couriers must be one of the best courier services in the UK. One of the main reasons I keep ordering from VetUK is that I am told exactly when the delivery will arrive by email and then it is like clockwork. So I don't have to spend hours or even days waiting and wondering. Lots of companies sell the things I order but the service with VetUK is second to none. Thank you. Kerry Parker

• WHAT SERVICE!

  I just couldn't believe the excellent service and the prompt delivery arrangements. My 15 year old cat is taking the Renal Food and already the vet has noticed an improvement so I cannot ask for more. Would have no hesitation in recommending VetUK.

• Great company

  I have only used VetUK over the last 3 years, my shepherd was very ill and my Vet put her on to Hills Prescription Diet, I also have to put my cocker on a prescription diet too. I have found no problems with getting this product from VetUK. I found them very helpful and speedy. The 1st delivery was a week coming as I was a new customer, but subsequent orders have been here within a couple of days. My daughter is a head nurse at the vets I use, she also uses this food. I have no qualms at recommending VetUK to anyone.

• Delivery

  I would just like to compliment the delivery service used by VetUK. It is a really great idea that you are sent a text message with a delivery time and today I received this whilst I was at work so I replied to the text to ask them to leave the parcel with a neighbour & that I had left this instructions on my door. I later received a confirmation of delivery and this even told me when and with whom the parcel had been left. A card was also put through my door. I am VERY impressed with this efficient service and have already recommended VetUK to work colleagues.

  I can always find what I want on the website, the prices are good and delivery is excellent. I placed an order yesterday morning and it was delivered before 10.30 today, packaged well and cost free. As long as I have pets I will order from VetUK and always recommend to friends. • Always reliable!

  I have used VetUK for years now and only once moved away and regretted it. At every point, through confirmation e-mails for the order and delivery, and prompt time frames of 1 hour slots with the opportunity to change via text is modern and convenient! Items are packaged well and unlike the one time I went elsewhere the items arrive as new and undamaged. I order a range of supplements and 15kg bags of dog food and the range/price is fantastic. My last order took only 3 days to arrive and was free! I would recommend to anyone, and I do! Thanks VetUK! :-)
