• Impressed

  This was our 1st order and was very impressed how quickly it arrived and it was great to know exactly what day and time it was arriving. We ordered a Dalesway bed for Sam and he was so pleased with it he has hardly got out of it since it arrived. We have purchased other beds in the past for our 3 dogs but this was the top of the range at a good price. I will be ordering again from you.

• Good prices, excellent delivery

  I've been using VetUk for speciality cat food for two years now, and I've been consistently pleased with their service. The free delivery is prompt and efficient, and they send you an e-mail letting know know when to expect your package. The prices have remained competitive, and I also sometimes get coupons from the VetUk newsletter. On other sites I've received dented or inferior products -- that has never happened to me with VetUk. I would recommend the site to anyone!

• Naturediet

  Service and delivery is brilliant, email tells you when it is being delivered. Wish I'd used Naturediet for my border collie sooner, it has sorted out her tummy problems and she loves it, and it is cheaper than buying anywhere else.

• Renal cat food

  Much better than going to the vet who told me I would need a prescription (not true). Excellent delivery service. However this is the only site I use where there is a surcharge for using paypal (10%) and I shop a lot on line!

  I placed an order on Mon 17-09-2012 for a 8kg bag of dog food I recieved an email on 19-09-2012 to say my order had been dispatched, I then recieved another email this morning 20-09-2012 to say my parcel would arrive today between 11-18am/12-18pm you even told me the van drivers name, the parcel actually arrived at 11-23am what excellant service you can't get better than that.I will most certainly be ordering more dog food Thankyou

• Great Prices Amazing Service

  Can't reccomend VetUk highly enough - have been using them for over 18 months now. Their prices are the best around and the customer service is wonderful. It is best value for money for dog food, wild bird food and dog meds. Ordering is easy, fast and efficient and love the fact you get an hour delivery window so you now when your ordering is coming and have the option of changing it to you convenience.   Very pleased with VetUK so far! As a cat & dog owner, I've been very impressed with their prices on spot-on flea products, foods, dog treats, toys and many other products. Very wide range, with so many products I haven't had a chance to look at all of them yet! My orders have always been dispatched quickly, packed well, and sent on a very fast delivery service too. Their customer service has been above expectation, responding extremely quickly to emails in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Overall, one very happy customer here so far.
