  I had ordered some dog food from another well known supplier, after two weeks it still had not arrived. I ordered from VetUK and it arrived the next day without a delivery charge. Will use VetUK all the time.

• Superb Service

  Wonderful company, I have 6 cats, one with renal disease (diagnosed by my excellent vet of 40 years), to be able to purchase prescription food, delivered free in my case from VetUK is a godsend as my vet is a 16 mile round trip, my vet advised what renal food is best for my cat, she had no issues with me ordering online, as long as it was the recommended food, which HIll's KD / Royal Canin are. My concerns are for my cats, as long as I can purchase what my vet advises I am happy to do that with VetUK, and as well as this the service/ delivery are second to none, thank you!

• France

  Living in the South West of France is not a problem when ordering from VetUK. I place my order for example at the weekend and by lunchtime on the Wednesday it is delivered to my door. I find the prices are very competative even when taking into account the delivery charges. I have recommended VetUK to many of our French friends who can order in French and pay in Euros, there is even a bilingual person available should they require assistance.

• Amazing service

  Amazing service, every order has been delivered without any problems. The delivery service you can track online and know exactly how long the driver is going to be. They send you and hour time slot in the morning. What more could you want?! The reminder email to place an order is excellent, this way I never run out of dog food. VetUK is simple to use with a points system for loyal customers.

  My scrummy food was ordered one day and delivered the next, along with the tasty treats ordered with it. The parcel arrived just eight minutes into the one hour time slot so my walk wasn't delayed at all, then when we opened the parcel there was a free gift - a lovely new bowl, apparently we are going to save that for holidays and days out!
