• Excellent service

  I regularly order specialist dog food and liver supplements from VetUK, there are companies out there who offer gimmicks and special buy 2 get one half price offers but I know that VetUK will deliver quickly and always within the 1 hour time slot the courier supplies. On the one occasion I did have a problem with my goods the customer service was excellent, replacement goods were received the very next day and I was supplied with a freepost envelope to return the goods which were the incorrect strength. I will continue to shop with VetUK and will recommend them to all my friends and clients.

  We have a little puppy and I have made 2 orders so far from VetUK. The prices on the website are so good value. The delivery is marvellous as is the delivery cost. I ordered puppy food and it was delivered about 3 days earlier than I expected .The puppy seems to enjoy his new food so I had better stock up.

• Saved our Molly

  When 12 year old border collie Molly was rushed to our vet with acute pancreatitis before Christmas we were devastated. After an operation she was put on an expensive diet of Royal Canin low fat food. VetUK have provided an easy repeat supply of food, at a much lower charge. Totally consistent, a reliable and easy to use order and delivery system. Molly loves her food! Always a clean bowl! Everyone happy!

• Renal food a big hit

  I have just had to put my 16 year old cat Poppy onto renal wet food as a precautionary measure and my vet was worried she may not like it as cats tend to get fussier the older they get. No such trouble with Poppy - she absolutely adores every variety. Great service too as always from VetUK and very quick delivery.

  I have searched for a decent vet suppliers online for over 6mths I wanted one where items were consistent and not going up 60% every time I visited.
