• Fast and efficient

  Ordered some prescription medicine and a 3kg bag of dog food Tuesday evening. Both items arrived Thursday. Several emails from VetUK keeping me up to date with the progress of the order and texts from the courier, DPD, regarding delivery including an allocated time slot. Many other internet retailers would do well from examining this business model and level of service to improve their own.

• O'Tom Tik Remover

  Just want to say thank you for your brilliant service and to say how impressed I was with the O'Tom Tick Remover. I am a complete wimp and was contemplating taking my dog to the vets to get her 2 'visitors' removed but the Tick remover arrived at 13.00 and both were safely removed and destroyed by 13.10. Still hate the horrible little things but will be able to deal with them in the future.

  VetUK use DPD which are without a doubt the best Courier company around, you even get a message on the day of delivery giving you a 1 hour slot when they will deliver and they are always bang on so you do not have to wait in all day for the delivery. Brilliant.
