Communications are excellent - Deliveries are within two days and I received an email for my last order stating a time for delivery (12.30-1.30pm)not just a day this was invaluable.   Unfortunately we lost our cat George three weeks ago. We had just ordered his food for the month - the cost didn't matter but we thought if there was any other cat owner in our area who used this prescription food we could let them have it. We emailed Vet UK and they kindly offered to take it back and refund our money. I cannot speak too highly of Vet UK - their deliveries and service is second to none and also their love and care for animals shows through their staff. Thank you again for your care.

  Excellent service - easy to use website, great prices and very impressed with delivery. Clear communication when order despatched then 1 hour slot for delivery, so no waiting in all day. With 5 cats, 2 of which suffering pancreatitis hence requiring a special diet ordering from VetUK is far more economical as well as efficient .
