• Excellent service

  Have been using VetUK for a few years now. Prices and service is second to none. My last delivery was ordered on a Thursday afternoon and with me Friday afternoon. and it weighed around 20kgs. Absolutely 1st class service. Delivery is good as time slot is emailed also.

• 5 years of hassle free service!

  I have been using VetUK for nearly 5 years now, and I have always been very happy with the service they provide. Ordering is so easy, delivery very speedy, emails answered fast...and unbelievable prices! I once ordered Frontline for one of my cats (the only time I've ever had a problem with delivery) and one of the pipettes split. I emailed them and received a full refund within 24 hours. I am a very fussy shopper, but VetUK has kept me coming back year after year with their excellent service. Buy...and tell everyone you know!

  I have a wonderful little dog that needs Pro-kolin+ to keep her bowels good.I had placed an order as I always do when we are down to 1 Pack as the order always turns up the day after the order is placed. However this time it never arrived. I sent an e-mail to Vet Uk to ascertain if the order had been sent, I was assured that it had and I was to check with the Post office. This I did and there was nothing. At this time I was getting desperate as the only tube that I had was nearly gone. I e-mailed again to tell Vet Uk and offered to pay for another order as I needed it very quickly.Within an hour I had an e-mail back saying not to pay for a further order as a replacement order was being sent as they wrote the e-mail. I received the order in the morning of the following day. My little Suzy Q and I will always be grateful for the service and courteous way we were treated and we cannot thank the staff of Vet Uk enough.

• Brilliant

  Ordered some goods on a Sunday and on Monday was told they were on the way. Then an email followed with a 1 hour delivery slot, to be delivered on the Tuesday, with details on how to change that if not suitable. Absolutely brilliant. Had my doubts that the delivery would arrive on time, especially as I live in a country area but it did!! Would buy again and again from this company. The prices too seem to be very good.

• Great savings!!

  I have used this site several times now and have saved quite a bit of money particularly on the Seraquin tablets as they are expensive at the vets. I have also taken advantage of speacial offers. I would like to buy the Propalin Syrup from you but I'm not sure if the vets would provide me with a subscription. Anyway,the goods are always delivered promptly - so thank you for that. Any special offers due on frontline shortly?? :-)

• What a Delivery Service!

  I have ordered routine goods from Vet Uk for some time and have always been impressed with the prices and speed of delivery, however my latest order surpassed all expectations. I ordered a crate for my puppy, and was concerned as to how to co-ordinate receipt of such as bulky item as I work. (Normally if I miss the delivery man I just collect good from local depot). I requested on my order that the delivery provider call me prior to delivery so that I could arrange for someone to be home to receive the goods. What actually happened was that I received a text first thing in the morning (supported by an email)with confirmation that the order would arrive within an hour later that day, and if this was not convenient offered the same hour on the next three days. I confirmed that I would be home on the first day, and the good arrived 10 minutes into the hour and the delivery man was very polite and courteous, and helped carry my order into my hall - what service! • PURRRRRFECT!

  My fellow felines and I just want to say a big THANK YOU to VetUK for its superb service. Our splendid menu selections and excellent toys and comfy beds always arrive within a couple of days of the old retainer placing the order, and the courier chappie deserves a round of applause too. The follow up service for advice, etc is always very helpful. Wot a good idea to have it all delivered to the door instead of lugging it home from that nasty vet! Yippee! Thanks again!

• Wonderful

  I have been using VetUK for a couple of years now and I am so pleased with their service. Prices are excellent, delivery is amazingly fast and their customer service is the best around. As an example, last year, shortly after receiving a 15kg of specialist dog food, my old dog died. Not only did Vet UK send their condolences, but they arranged for a courier (at nominal cost) to collect the unused food for a full refund. That is why I am loyal!
