  Before Christmas I put in a large order of hepatic food for my dog only to be told by the vet two days later that she now needed renal food. I emailed VetUK and they immediately cancelled the order and recalled the items and very shortly refunded my money. There was no hassle and no quibbling and their speedy and helpful response was much appreciated. I cannot thank them enough.

  Your website and prices are brilliant, unfortunately DHL delivery let's you down - poor service in my neck of the woods and takes a lot longer than expected to deliver my orders. Any chance you can use someone else, I wouldn't mind paying a small delivery charge to ensure delivery within a certain time frame?
