  Really excellent service. My order arrived so swiftly. I was wary about ordering at first because there is no contact phone number, but am glad I did. Your basic prices are excellent, although it's a shame you have to pay 2 different delivery charges for the different categories of order.

• My Order

  On the 28th Sept at 15.35 I sent an on-line order for some Feliway products. Yesterday, the 30th September, I received an email stating that my order would be sent out by 6.0 pm that day. To my surprise, at 8.0 pm today (1st October) there was a loud knocking on my door and there stood a courier with my parcel! I very rarely order anything via the internet due to the number of crooks there are out there, but I know that I can safely order from Vet UK and it will arrive without problems and very quickly. • Pancreatic feline disorder

  Hi, Cat diagnosed as having pancreatic disorder, so I bought your Panzym Concentrated Pancreatic Enzyme Powder - unfortunately it did nothing to help. However, the Protexin Prokolin + Antidiarrhoeal Probiotic Paste has saved my puss's life and I am very happy with both the result and the excellent service.
