• Excellent Customer Service

  Although there were a couple orders that we had received wrong items or damaged goods, the staff has always been extremely helpful to resolve the issue as soon as they can. I think this is a wonderful website and I'm glad to see all their extensive range of cat products and aquarium supplies. One thing I will suggest is to pay extra attention on pack the goods as my measuring cups arrived broken most of the time. Last but not least, I will definitely recommend this website to all pet lovers, it is really fantastic!! I'm a loyal customer now and don't shop anywhere else!!

  Ii ordered yesterday for the first time, was kept up to date by email my dogs tablets arrived 7.30 am today Thursday 25th.and they were half the price compared to the vets. I will be 100% be using vet.uk again. In fact I have 5 new items in my cart now. Fantastic delivery service.

  I placed my first order with this company last week. The price was reasonable, especially the special rabbit food I have to buy for my bunnies. I was impressed by the constant updates about dispatching and delivery of the package, it even sent an email with the time for delivery on it - and they delivered at the specified time, a day after the order was placed. It was packed in a convenient parcel and everything was as specified and sealed. i am very impressed with the price and speed of this company and will be using them again for most pet products.
