• Making purchasing simpler

  I purchase my dog's food supply regularly from your outlet and it would make my life a lot easier if you could speed up the ordering process. For instance, you could eliminate the need to verify my Visa account, and you could keep my credit card details on file so that I will not need to enter them on each occasion (Amazon does this).

Using 3D secure verifies that you are knowledgeable about the transaction taking place (the equivalent of your pin number when using your card on the high street), whilst not storing card details dramatically reduces fraud risk. • More, more, more

• Very helpful, particularly with problems

  You always worry that, if you have problems with an internet only company, it will be a nightmare. Not so with VetUK. I buy with confidence and any hiccups have been quickly sorted. I agree that it would be good to have more toys. I would like well tested cat toys and the YEOWWW catnip products, which are superior to many catnip products.

• Make me happy

  Like so many of your customers, would like to see the addition of PayPal. Repeat order facility is excellent, but transaction is slowed down by having to re-enter card details every time. Excellent service though - keep it up.

• Website quibbles

  Overall I'm very pleased with service but I don't find making repeat orders very easy - you have to examine each order individually to find the one you want then go back to the orders list screen (remembering the order number) to click Repeat. Could the orders be listed in detail on the first screen, where the Repeat button is please, so you can see what's in each one? Or at least add a Repeat button on the individual order details screen, so when you find the order you want you can repeat it without having to go back to the orders list screen? Thanks!
