  I have been using your company for dog food, meds and toys for two years now. Your delivery system is amazing- I ordered yesterday morning it has arrived today before 9.30am, in Cornwall! The email giving the delivery slot is so useful, and the drivers always within the time and very helpful. Top quality products and name brands are priced below all the local suppliers. • Xcellent Service

  Having a pet is important to people, the cost of veterinary products from a Veterinary Surgery can be very un-reasonable, and whilst owners love their pets and want to provide the best for them, it can be costly and in some cases un-managable. I have been using an online vet pharmacy for several years now, but recently switched to VetUK because of their competitive prices and excellent service. People appreciate this. All that needs to happen now is that the government insist that Veterinary Surgeries provide freedom of choice in where customers buy their veterinary medicine without the extortionate charge for prescription meds. After all, when you leave your Doctors surgery, you have freedom for where you want to buy your own meds! Hope that VetUK set up an App for Android phones! Otherwise VetUK Rocks!

• Amazing service

  On two occasions I have had to contact VetUK. Once due to my incompetence ordering dog food instead of cat food, the second time to change the delivery address when an order was held up due to the severe weather conditions. On both occasions they dealt with the problem in a friendly and efficient manner. It is so refreshing to find a company which has such good customer service. • Fantastic delivery service

  I ordered the week before Christmas during heavy snow and didn't expect to receive the order until after Christmas because of very bad road conditions in the area I live. You e-mailed me that my order had been despatched. I still didn't expect delivery as no vehicles were able to drive up the lane where I live at that time. I sent the courier an e-mail on Saturday afternoon and offered to get a friend with a 4 x 4 to go and collect it from the depot. I had a prompt reply early Monday morning that the order was out on the van and it was delivered within 1 hour of stated time! Road conditions were still very bad and not many vehicles were even attempting to drive up our lane. Fantastic service, Thank You to VET UK staff and your courier service.

• Prescriptions

  I have always found your site one of the cheapest and regularly buy from you. I would however suggest some way of you accepting faxed/scanned prescriptions in the first instance whilst waiting while the postal copy comes through so you can begin processing the order, as I have had to wait over 10 days on one occasion for my items to come through. I appreciate that you require postal copy's but if a medictaion precribed by a vet takes several days to come through - is this beneficial for the animal? Our pet has a long standing health condition and they are always chopping and changing his meds and trying something different and we really can't afford to buy the meds from the vets otherwise we would do so as it is in the best interests of our dog to start his meds asap. Sorry for the moan but other sites do accept scanned copies but you do not although you are a little cheaper!
