  I have been using VetUK for several years now and am always able to rely on the service and competitive prices. The goods I require are always available when I need them. One suggestion would be a list of current voucher codes on the website, as when I order there never seem to be any available on voucher sites and the ones sent to me via email have either expired or are for goods I have no need of. • Wow, just wow!

  Like others that have posted here, I ordered my cat's special diet food on 23 Dec not expecting it to arrive for at least week or so due to the icy conditions, Christmas and that there are several bank holidays coming up. I ordered around 9am and was stunned when there was a knock on the door around the same time the next morning! I know it said 24 hour delivery by courier but still! It's the first time I've used VetUK, I usually have to order via my vets, wait for it to arrive then go and collect it (and lately it's turned out to be the wrong thing or not turned up). This is the first time I've ordered her food online, the first time I've used VetUK but I'll definitely do it again. So much easier and cheaper too! • Fantastic service

  Its Christmas Eve and I ordered a bag of dog food yesterday hoping it would arrive sometime before new years, when we would run out. I was exceptionally impressed to have it arrive first thing this morning, I've used VetUK a few times because their prices are brilliant but the service is also unbeatable when everyone is warning you Christmas presents might not arrive due to the weather... • Fantastic Company

  As an owner and breeder of Pedigree Bengal Cats (& one little dog), I have a fair few feline friends + their kittens who require worming and the like. VetUK offer superb value and a customer service that is second to none. I use VetUK for panacur worming paste for my kittens, Drontal for my adult cats (& dog) and also by my 'pet de-stressing aids' (Zylkene - highly recommend) for all my pets if needed. Also vitamin supplements. Postage is free for these items and arrive in a timely manner. My pets always receive the best care possible but VetUK make 'everyday' important items a lot more affordable to the devoted animal lover. Thank-you VetUK

  Fantastic company. I regularly order the Antos dog treatments for my two dogs as they are low in fat and they love them. I put an order in at night, the next day they email me to say the order is confirmed and the day after I get an email to say the order will be delivered that day. Brilliant service. I have recently paid for an expedited item from another company and am still waiting for it two weeks after - so much for their express delivery. This company are very highly recommended, for price, communication and speed of delivery. Keep up the good work! Thank you

• repeat orders

  Excellent website, but keep having problems with repeat orders. It will not do accept the repeat item and have to go back and order items individually.
  
  VetUK: We are sorry you have had this problem. Due to a site wide change some items have been relocated which means the repeat items button may not find all your previously bought items. We have not removed them so once you have relocated them thes items will be repeatable once again. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you, you will only need to re-find your items once and the new layout does improve the website as a whole.

• A real helping hand

  I've been using VetUK for almost 12 months since my dog was diagnosed with diabetes. I've continued to buy his insulin from my local vet, but literally everything else I need is available here and at a considerably lower cost.
