  I have been purchasing from you for a few years, my only gripe would be with the free delivery for food being on orders over 39.00. Until recently this was not an issue as I used to buy Hills Canine Senior 15kg bags, but recently only 12kg bags have been available and the cost of one bag does not meet the free delivery limit. It kind of feels like I am being penalised

  I can't believe how much cheaper their products are, and their fast delivery. I have 4 British Bulldogs, so you can imagine everything x4 is quite expensive (fleas n worming). I was recommended by a friend to use this company and now only go to vets when their is a medical problem which needs anti-biotics. I can't thank this company enough!

• Highly consistent and responsive service with great prices

  I've been ordering from Vet UK for over a year now, and recommend them to everyone (everyone I know, with pets, that is...I don't just stop strangers on the street or anything). The prices are good, the stock and website are reliable, but perhaps best of all I get a great, human, sensible response when I have (rare) occasion to question something about products or orders. I don't think I'm a particularly easy customer so if I'm impressed... Vet UK - please keep up your good work and everyone else, please try them out for yourselves, I'm sure you'll be glad you did.

• GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

  I have just received my order by courier, today September 9th, this was only ordered on September 7th and I had to send a prescription on 7th to Vet UK, they received that yesterday 8th and I received my order this morning 9th at 10.15 am which was only 15 minutes outside the 1 hour time slot stated in the DPD email that I received this morning from them. It is great that you can track your delivery on-line too. The products that I ordered are excellent and are the genuine article, the cheapest on the Internet too with fabulous service from Vet UK, they keep you informed about your order every step of the way. I had only purchased 2 small items previously from VET UK prior to this present order, but I will definitely be ordering my cat's requisites from VET UK in the future.
