  As a foster carer, I fund all of my foster dogs food/treats and flea/worming treatments from my own pocket. Therefore, I'm always on the look out for good deals. I have found Vet UK to be excellent in terms of their prices and their delivery service is extremely prompt.

• when will it arrive?

  Good prices. my only complaint is that Vet uk do not give an expected delivery date, we are kept guessing!!

• FANTASTIC SERVICE

  WOW! Now that's what I call good service. This is my first order with vet uk and will most definitely not be my last. I placed my order on Fri 17th June and received it Tues 21st June which I expected as it fell over the weekend. I received an email the day before to inform me that I could track my parcel and when to expect it, and then on the day, received an email and a text message to let me know what time it would arrive which was to be between 15.15 and 16.15 this was great as I could go out and do what I needed to through the day and then be back in time for collection or even arrange for someone else to be in to accept it for me. There was even the option to change my delivery to one of the next 3 days if this was not convenient. My parcel arrived at 15.11, how close is that, Fantastic what more could you ask for. Your service for me is so far impeccable and I have already passed your company name on to other friends, and hope you keep up your competitive low prices, and excellent delivery service. well done. Will be back to order more very soon. Thank you.

  I have been using Vet UK for quite a few years you have been consistently good with my orders apart from a couple of times when a few items were incorrect so I would rate your site as very good! Good on Price & Good on Delivery Good on Advice! Only one little niggle in all the years that I have been with you I have NEVER received a discount voucher from you.   I have used VetUK for 12kg bags of dog food and shampoo. I received an e mail giving me a time of delivery and it was delivered at that time, the delivery guys were great they carried the bag up my steps to my front door which I found very good service. The shampoo I order is a simple medicated shampoo without need of a prescription but what a palaver to get it from a vet! they try to charge a consultation fee just to order the shampoo for me! plus the hassle of making appointments to see the vet and dealing with silly reception staff etc. This way I can get it as and when I need it and it is delivered promptly. I'm glad I found vet uk and that they are reliable.I' ve used them a few times now.

• Great service!

  I've been using Vet UK to buy accessories and medication such as flea treatment and wormer for over a year and I've always had fantastic service, quick delivery and competitive prices. I would always recommend Vet UK to my friends and family with pets. However, I used to use Vet UK to purchase dog food as well in 15kg sacks but I've had to start using a local supplier due to the sheer number of problems I had with the courier that Vet UK use - DPD. They left my item with a neighbour without leaving a card or anything to say they'd been, they text me a time slot of when they'd be here and then tried to deliver a couple of hours before that slot so I had to wait for redelivery the next day etc.
