• FAQ

  I have been using VetUK for several years and find your service and prices excellent. The only thing I think could be improved (other than making prices even lower) is an FAQ section with more detail about products and administration. For example buying wormer for puppies, it was not clear from your site for the dosage of Panacur paste, even though it says so on the leaflet inside, so I've had to order again as I need to give three doses when I thought one might be sufficient. Apart from that as I've already said I find your site to be very competitive price wise and easy to use as well as free postage and speed of delivery, over all very good.

  VetUK * * * * * for speed of delivery /Prices/variety And every one should look at Vat free dog food for working dogs as its much cheaper on the pocket and better contents than some off the expensive dog foods I.E. like bakers full of E numbers and colours just so you think the food is nice in your pets bowl When our dogs went to dog training the trainer said keep away from Bakers I was under the impression that dogs are nearly colour blind but i might be wrong!

  Placed order tues afternoon came fri am. Usually DPD txt with an hours slot for delivery. This time txt stated delivery between 8am - 6pm. It did arrive 11.15am but is so much easier when there's an hours slot....

  I have been a customer for about a year now and the service these guys provide is fabulous and outstanding. Vet uk never fails to deliver my pets medication even in snowy weather which the whole country got last winter in a super quick time.   dpd have been excellent but I do allow a week for delivery,when I have ordered on a mon/tues order has been delivered on thurs,if ordering from weds onwards is not delivered till next tuesday, so always have to have a weeks supply of the vet diet as backup,would also be helpful if the local depot, dpd, had telephone link, I tried to get in touch with the driver to deliver an order earlier or later that day as I had an emergency appt within 2 hr slot,left a note on door instead to leave parcel,left ok.

• Precription for Flea spray

  Hello I think the service is great and there are a great range of products - however why do I need a prescription for flea spray?? I prefer spray to 'spot on' treatments. VetUK: we can confirm there are no prescription only flea sprays, please buy any you require.

• finally a food all 3 dogs love and a brilliant service!

  I have a 14yr old crossbreed, a 4yr old Old English Sheepdog and a 3yr old Siberian Husky. Finding a food that all three love and one that suits all their ages, level of activity, and dietary requirements has been difficult until discovering Skinners.
