  Your service and process are great - as is the quality of products. Frontline Spot On from the Vets is twice the price! But yours works just as well. I would however like to see Papal as one of your payment methods - any chance?

• Almost great service

  The first time we ordered from our food order came the next day, that was amazing service, however, you seem to have changed the courier service you use and now when we receive the email saying the order has been dispatched it is sometimes 3-4 days after when we receive the delivery, having said that it is still a good service and great prices.

  I have recently purchased veterinary medicines from your site. To be honest I was a bit reluctant as I felt that it would become a nightmare having to send the prescription to yourself and also would take too long.
