• Pescription problem

  Great website, easy to use, cheap and quick delivery. My complaint is they were unable to help me purchase a prescription drug (Advantix) for my 1yr old Rottweiler living with me out in Liberia. I could really do with this product and wish there was some way a purchase could be made as the dog will never visit a vet in the UK.
  VetUK: we are sorry that we cannot supply a product but all prescription medicines can only be despatched to the UK.

  I cannot recommend VetUK highly enough. The best prices, best service and best delivery. They notify you when the order will be delivered and then notify you the time. My sister's order was scheduled 09.46 hrs - 10.46 hrs. It arrived 09.46 hrs. What more can you ask for. VetUK in partnership with DPD offer a fantastic service.

• hills pouches

  Please can you go back to selling single packs of the specialist pouches? last time I had to purchase 3 k/d for my cat to try and he wont touch it and now I see we have to buy FOUR! its a lot of time & trouble having to send them back when your disabled plus the unwanted expense when you just want to try the food for the 1st time. I was going to buy the new improved k/d but won't bother as the amount I've got to buy has put me off.
  
  VetUK; Thank you for your feedback. Hills increased the packs from 3 to 4 per outer last month which has now been reflected on the website. We are though in the process of reviewing this so as to allow individual packs of 12 pouches to be sold.

• Delivery address update

  Regularly order from you - all very straightforward. It would be helpful if system could display last order shipment address as an update for future orders rather than reverting back to first order placed since by having to modify necessitates re-entering payment details.
