  It was a shock to have my lovely dog, Harry, diagnosed with heart disease - and the cost of his daily drugs was frightening. VetUK cuts these costs almost in half, and the prescription was delivered to me 48 hours after I ordered it. Not only that, but the customer service is thoughtful and prompt : I appreciated the kind email reassuring me that my emailed prescription had been received and matched to my order. • Specific kidney support diet for cats

  Good service, easy ordering website, fast delivery and unlike other websites have always got products in stock. Daisy our cat is 16 and has kidney disease, as well as bowel trouble. I mash up the food with her meds and a little water she really likes it and eats one foil tray a day, and has the biscuit equivalent in small amounts at night for her teeth. She didn't like the eukanuba food for same problem which is good ad its much more expensive. She doesn't seem to care its all the same flavour either. She's put 150g in weight back on, as she was getting thin and acts like a cat half her age, chasing ping pong ball s and her tail!

  It's a very fast service, I'm impressed! That was my first order and many to come now on. My puppy loves the toy and the treat that I ordered:-). Last website I used was rubbish, no delivery came and nobody contacted me for couple weeks, then when I called customer service he was like oh we thought you received your order, no sorry or anything, oh well their lost and VetUK's gain:-)

• Amazing Service

  I can't praise VetUK highly enough. I have been ordering vet meds for my dog from them for some time now and the prices are excellent and the delivery always prompt and reliable. I recently ordered dog food, treats and toys too, but quickly received an email letting me know that the food I had selected was out of stock and there would be a delay in my order. I then phoned to see if the same food in another flavour was available and it was, so they amended my order. The food was shipped the same day and I received it the following day with detailed DPD delivery progress reports via email, so my dog didn't go hungry! Superb service - efficient, polite and 100% reliable. Thank you VetUK!
