  When trying to use your discount code your website would not accept it stating it was invalid which was not the case, after a couple of emails to your customer service they have asked me to email once order has been placed & they will refund the amount due to me here's hoping. Thank you

• Royal Canin

  I have been using this site for some years as your prices have been competitive and the delivery service is excellent but why has the cost of Royal Canin Sensitivity dog food kept rising in price this year. This is the only food my GSD can tolerate as she has EPI and skin sensitivities. Every newsletter has some sort of dog food on offer but unfortunately I can't take advantage of any of these offers.

• Great Service

  I have been using this site for about a year now and the service is fantastic and reliable. The only thing I would change is the payment method I would like the option to pay by PayPal. Also I have to buy my canned food from another site as you only sell packs of 24 and I have an elderly dog who needs variety so I need to buy several different flavours. Thanks for great service

• BAD DELIVERY STAFF

  My delivery was thrown over my back garden fence. When I confronted the courier about it she told me she was authorised to deliver packages at her discretion. When asked for her name and company contact details she refused and raced away.

  I ordered specific digestive support CIW canine dog tins for my staffie cross who has a delicate stomach, on arrival I opened a tin and she begged for a taste! and woofed some down and loved it. Also the delivery was scheduled for 14.47 and WOW it was here to the minute so excellent food and excellent delivery Excellent value. Cannot fault Vet UK will continue to do business with them.
