  All the items are great and at a really good price. i was worried to start with because i read all the bad reviews of DPD there deliverer but delivery was fast and tracking was great and in the time slot they started (going to be a regular vetuk user now)

  Because of my recent stupidity, I had failed to re-order my precious dog, Chewy's tablets at my regular interval. • Communication/delivery

  Poor communication. Don't think that paying extra for the courier service gets you a better service than the free option of Royal Mail.
  VetUK: We are sorry you are not happy with the service you paid for. Using the option for courier delivery ensures your items are packed in a cardboard box and despatched with the courier and not Royal Mail. Further information is available on the P&P page.

I ordered two items at 6pm on Monday and received an email this morning (Wednesday) to advise me that the goods would be delivered between 12.40 and 1.40pm today.
