• WOW

  I have used VetUK for at least a couple of years now, and I must say they have never let me down. My orders are usually delivered by DPD who give a one hour time slot. This is so useful to know when a delivery is due so that I can arrange my time accordingly. On the rare occasion I have had a query it has been dealt with promptly, efficiently and politely. What more could you ask. VetUK has that WOW factor. Long may they continue.

• Great service, brilliant value

  Really good value on the Skinner's food we use for our working cocker. Haven't found anyone else that competes price-wise. The service is fantastic - with the notification of what time the package will be delivered. Great idea to have the reminder service on your site. Yes, I know that's marketing, but it's helped me be a little more organised!

• Excellent customer care

  I placed my first order on Friday and then realised that within 2-3 working days meant I could expect a delivery on Tuesday when I actually work. I emailed to explain the situation and received several emails back suggesting ways we could ensure my delivery was successful. In the end I got my delivery at 9.30am on the Monday morning and had contact from the courier company as well as VetUK. All in all, very pleased indeed with the level of customer care. To be honest, I didn't expect this level from an online supplier. Now, if only my fussy cat would cooperate and eat his Renal diet food consistently we'd all be happy.

• Super Service

  Excellent service. I ordered Senilife and Glycoflex last week for Hazel, my lovely Springer. The order arrived the very next day. In this day and age, when you wait in forever to sign for your package - and it doesn't arrive, and when you do go out, it's been sent back to the depot because no signature could be obtained, this service is rare. • Prescription Meds

  Used Vetuk for flea treatments and worm tablets but never had to have prescription medicine. My dog was diagnosed with an enlarged heart so needed two sets of medicine, I ordered on the tuesday and sent off the prescription, the order was despatched on wednesday and received it thursday morning. Fantastic service and so much cheaper than any where else especially my vets which was double the price of Vetuk. Would definately recommend Vetuk to anyone. Thank you
