• Simply the best

  It would be churlish to complain about occasionally having to wait for delivery of a particular because your prices beat everyone else hands down and you keep your customers informed throughout the order and delivery process. Companies that offer next day delivery will always be charging us for it one way or another. I never shop anywhere else for veterinary products, bird food and small animal supplies - if you stocked Orijen (cat and dog) I would NEVER have to shop elsewhere!

  Disappointed that you only have the large bags 12kg. I supplement my old dogs food with this and it would take me 6 months to use that amount. Please stock the smaller size - you used to.

  I never have to worry about whether I'm going to miss my VetUK delivery, because I am sent a text message on the morning of delivery which tells me the specific hour my parcel will be delivered. No missed delivery and no waiting in all day, like I have to do for some delivery services...

  This site was SO much easier to use than competitors' sites. I live in France and order a lot of stuff from the UK - one pet supply site wanted to force me to order in euros because I live in France, adopted a two-tier pricing structure for the UK and the rest of Europe, and couldn't cope online with correctly formatted French postal addresses.
