  I recently placed my first order with VetUK, super fast delivery and excellent communication...unfortunately part of the order had been prescription food for one of my cats who passed away before the order was delivered....I contacted VetUK asking for an exchange (and not really expecting to get that!) and was immediately offered a full refund for the items. I returned them and the refund was completed within 2 days - very sensitively handled all round, my own vet could learn a lot from you!! I have now placed my second order for my remaining cats and will continue to use you - you have one very loyal customer now!! Thank you!!

• Great service all round

  Outstanding. We ordered a significant amount of specialist dog food yesterday at mid-day and it arrived today only about 24 hours later. We also liked the way that we were kept informed of the order progress and the 1 hour delivery slot promised (that could be changed if required). This slot was met precisely, which saves all the hanging about that you normally have to do with internet order deliveries. Thoroughly recommended after this, our first purchase, from VetUK.

  I would recommend VetUK to anyone for the following reasons: 1. Fantastic range of products (I was initially told that I could only get the cat food I wanted from my vet, at an extreme cost but VetUK have proven this wrong!). 2. Excellent customer service (speedy and fantastic communication, order updates, text messages showing expected delivery time etc) 3. Great prices 4. Very open to feedback and even happy to accept ideas of any other products that could be provided on their website. All in all, I am very impressed!
