  I find the ordering process very quick and easy, the pet food arrives within a couple of days and the prices are very competitive. I'm sorry that you're not using DPD anymore, but the Hermes driver responds well to a note on the door !   We have a very old rescue dog who came to live with us 5 years ago at the age of 10. The fact he is still going strong is thanks to the great service from Vet UK. • Good price but horrible delivery service

  They offer good price but horrible delivery service. They didn't set my expectations at all. In fact, The sent me an confirmation saying: "We are currently undergoing a major system change. Minor delays in processing your order are possible." - Order confirmation received on Tuesday the 24th Feb Fine, I can wait a week or so. But after a week they didn't contact me to let me know about my order. I emailed them and their reply was very vague: "We understand that this may not directly answer your query and we would welcome you getting back in touch if you have not received a dispatch email by Thursday." - Email received on Tuesday the 1st of March. Fine I'll wait until Thursday and if not I'll wait more just in case they are overloaded. More than two weeks after i didn't receive my order nor didn't hear from them... You wasted my time and my cat still with not food as you have't fulfilled your order/services. Conclusion: I requested a full refund. so coming back to my testimonial title... good price but horrible delivery service = No more Vetuk, thanks!

• Another mouth to feed

  Just received my monthly order of pet uk complete adult food which our new addition Zante a four year old Rottweiler loves and is thriving on, she looks in great condition and appears more alert and active. She obviously requires more food than Charley our ESS who eats skinners working dog food as he is so active(also bought from vet uk) but she only costs us around £16 a month to feed a premium food...Amazing value as always from vet uk.
