  VetUk is the cheapest site by far. Fast delivery. My dog loves their own brand dog food. And I love the fact I'm buying from a local company in Thirsk.

• A first class service

  My dog was unwell and required medications. I first ordered tablets but when they arrived they were too big for my dog, even when cut up (no fault of VetUK, I had omitted to ask the size prior to ordering). I was able to return these and get a refund with no problems. I subsequently ordered powders. Sadly my dog died before I could use these and again there were no problems with returning them. Both orders arrived by ordinary post within a few days of being placed. I was also impressed that the customer service department answered the phone within a few rings - a very rare occurrence these days. The representatives were polite, friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending VetUK.

• Love this company and prices

  My dog Harvey, is a celiac, he is extremely allergic to gluten or wheat products, this is hard as most of the products not containing gluten or wheat are a lot more expensive, he was very ill as a pup, but he loves his treats but we struggle to find any he can have goodboy and bakers are good for not having wheat or gluten in their products, but the big stores don't do a good selection and most of them are very expensive, which is why I came across this company they have a great selection and are not pricey Harvey loves his treats from here and even knows when they get delivered thank you Vet UK x

• so easy!!

  I order Buddy the cat's special Hills food (for boy cats with a touch of the old man's problem!) on a regular basis. Just log in, repeat a previous order, pay with Paypal... Takes 30 secs and the box arrives promptly within a few days, free delivery - and we live on a Scottish island 2 hours off the mainland. Service just could not be better!

  My Mummy said you'd like to hear from me about my yummy food - well my food is doggylicious Mummy said Naturediet suits my little delicate tummy - I don't care it just tastes good. And she said it arrives so quickly there is no danger of running out of supplies - oh and it costs less pennies than the shops. • Brilliant company to buy from

  This was the first time I have ordered from VetUK, I actually went with them as they were the cheapest for what I was after. The ordering process was simple, I received a confirmation email, and an email when the order had been despatched, so kept informed at each stage. The delivery took 2 working days from when it was posted, and when received they had even added TWO free bags of dog treats! Which really did top off how great they are! I will be buying all my animals medical items from them, they really have been brilliant.

• Good value - good service

  Well done Vetuk. Order just arrived, fast well packaged delivery and free postage to the Highlands, can't fault it. Tried Aptimil collar for first time, helped alot over Guy Fawkes so purchased another for New Year. • Excellent service

  Thank you for such great service, my order was delivered the next day. The order was complete and all the packaging could be recycled. My cats have just enjoyed their first meal of Purina NF renal diet. Vet UK sells prescription diets at a very reasonable price, other companies seem to charge a premium for such diets. I shall be ordering from VetUk again every month.
