• Delivery

  Thank you for sending my order. However I must say how disappointed I am with UK Mail. They e-mailed stating delivery would be on 4 Dec. between 10.28 - 12.28 so even though I said to put by back door if out, I waited in. By 2.30 pm I contacted them and automated phone message said delivery had been delayed and would be delivered next day ! (an email would have been appreciated). Got e-mail today - delivery between 10.26 - 12.26. Arrived at 11.30 and driver practically threw parcel (which was open ) at me and without a word went slamming gate behind him. I have used your company for a very long time now and have never had any problems with delivery, but Uk Mail - terrible. Your label on parcel dated 1/12/2017 States next day , so if that is what you are paying for - demand a refund. Apart from this unfortunate delivery I have nothing but praise for Vet UK who have in the past been very helpful and shall continue to use them.
