• Brilliant

  First time I have used VetUK but will definitely use them again. I ordered 2 dog coats, 16kg dog food and Frontline on Monday afternoon and everything was delivered by lunchtime Tuesday. It was all parcelled very securely and I was advised by e-mail as to time of delivery. Excellent. Will not hesitate to recommend this web site. Also prices are very good and free delivery.

• Delivery arrangements

  Your service is excellent and you always seem to have the dog food we use in stock. It's very helpful that the delivery people tell us when they are going to call to within an hour. But it would be very helpful if there was some way we could instruct them to leave the package in a secure place at our remote home in the Scottish Borders, as we can't always guarantee to be available
  VetUK: at present we cannot arrange this directly for you though we do find most courier drivers are happy to have "safe drop off point" arrangements agreed directly with customers. Do talk to your driver as see what you can agree.
