• Order to France

  I ordered 2 x 15kg bags of Skinners dog food to be delivered to me in France, ordered Saturday night and delivered Thursday morning. This is excellent service, but then I discovered that it should have arrived the day before (which would have been amazing) but the French delivery company said they couldn't find us! Anyway it arrived and I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

• Speedy Delivery

  Amazing!!! I placed my order on the 8th, had a dispatched e-mail on the 9th and the package arrived today, the 13th, nothing strange in that you might say. Considering I live on a Greek island and the Post Office doesn't operate here at the weekends, the 10th and 11th were Saturday and Sunday, I think it's incredible service!!! Every order I have placed has arrived quickly and safely, well packaged and undamaged and exactly what was ordered and the prices have been very good and the cost added for postage and packing is incredible considering the distance. Needless to say I will continue to be placing orders with you and will definitely be recommending you to my friends!! Thank you very much indeed!!

• Tops on price and service

  When our 19yr old Tom cat and the 3 legged rescue female (of 9months residency!) started spraying and fighting again last night I realised the Feliway plug-ins had run out. As it was a weekend I thought I would just purchase 1 refill at our local pet supermarket chain to take us over the weekend - big mistake even with a reduced offer there I was astounded at the cost. Hence my repeat order which has enabled me to purchase 2 for less than the price they were charging - which is usually less than our vets charge. We will just have referee until delivery!! We also have a 8yr old Pomeranian and after 4 leg operations with the insertion of 7 metal pins is on lifelong joint tablets - which is cheaper for us to purchase from you than via our vet and paying the pet insurance yearly inital claim charge. Well done - it means that pensioners like us can still afford to provide the care our elderly pets require. Thank you.
