  Just received my order for pancrex, promptly delivered, great service and a great price for this product. This is the only way my 12-year-old GSD can stay well and begin to put on weight.   I find the ordering process very quick and easy, the pet food arrives within a couple of days and the prices are very competitive. I'm sorry that you're not using DPD anymore, but the Hermes driver responds well to a note on the door ! I'm also sorry that you've received some bad (& totally unjustified feedback on Google) and hope that other satisfied customers like myself will post good reviews for you to counteract these.

  We have a very old rescue dog who came to live with us 5 years ago at the age of 10. The fact he is still going strong is thanks to the great service from Vet UK. He needs a sachet of Samylin every day to support his liver and the difference without it is marked!
