• Outstanding customer service!

  I have placed many orders with VetUK and have always found them to be excellent value with efficient service. Following my last order, an item was mistakenly omitted-I contacted vetuk about this and received a response within a couple of hours apologising and offering to dispatch the missing item immediately by first class Royal Mail delivery. I received the missing item as promised within a couple of days and am extremely impressed with the efficiency and professional manner in which this was rectified. An excellent example of wonderful customer service, I will continue to order with Vetuk in the future and would highly recommend them to others! Thank you very much :) 3 happy dogs and their human!

• NEVER DISAPPOINTED

  I order my dog's treats from Vet UK on a monthly basis and I have never been disappointed with the quality - and neither has my dog! I am very happy with the price which is much lower than the same items obtained from my veterinary surgery. Delivery is very quick so my dog never has to wait long for her favourite treats.

• Efficient service and sorted a return quickly

  I ordered various items and found these far cheaper than large pet shops and other internet eg Amazon. I ordered a squeaky ball that had no squeak but they responded to my email quickly and organised a freepost address to return and replaced it. One part of my order was out of stock but given choice to wait or cancel that part - did not wait very long just a few days.
