  having placed my first order with you on Sunday evening - i was sent e-mail today (Tues) that delivery would be after 11.52. Package arrived 11.53 - what a service! As my cat has developed urinary problems and vets prices for this food was expensive- i decided to try your service - and would like to thank you for such an impressive first order - thank you.

  An excellent service every time: easy to use site and fast delivery. Just one niggle: most of the cans of dog food I order seem to be bent or bashed - no problems with the contents though.

• Good Service

  I,ve had several orders now and the service and speed of delivery is excellent. One of my JR dogs is diabetic (DM)so being able to buy RC Vetinary diet in large size bags is great and delivered to my door at no extra cost. Prices ver good too.

• Very Impressed

  My first order from VETUK has left me very impressed. As well as the competative pricing, I was kept informed of the status of my order both by e mail and personal telephone calls. On the day of delivery, i was informed of the delivery hour- 12:10pm-13:10pm, and the delivery arrived at 12:10pm prompt. 5* Service- Well Done!

  I made my first order with VetUK this week and apart from having the best price on the internet for this particular product, delivery was also free. Ordered on 9 July the product arrived on 12 July at the time given by the delivery agent, extremely well packed and all in all, thoroughly satisfactory service. I shall be back again!

• Consistent good prices and service

  I usually shop around for our rabbit litter and go for the best offer at the time, but the price from Vet UK has been consistently the cheapest so I keep coming back. Free delivery is superb where others increase it by weight and often don't say how much a product weighs until after you've ordered, and Vet UK use a good delivery company in DPD, unlike others who use Yodel or Citylink who deliver to the wrong address or break your packages. All round top service which keeps me coming back. Thanks very much.

  I've ordered several things now from vetuk and have been really pleased with price, delivery and value for money, i have 7 cats of my own and work in a cattery so life revolves round cats so i know what im on about when i talk about cats, i bought some van ness high sided litter trays, brilliant,if u have cats that tend to pee over the tray, these are the ones u need,easy to clean, no mess and will be ordering more, just ordered flea treatment and wormer, effipro my vet gave me and it worked so ordered more of here and spot on wormer too,... order comes quickly and will leave it where u ask no problem, keep up the good work vetuk ! oh and by the way, ive told lots of customers about vetuk so hopefully they will find what they are looking for..

• Slipping service?

  I have used VetUK for some time but the last 2 orders were processed less quickly than normal. If something is out of stock it would useful to know at the time of ordering rather than receiving an email 2 days later telling you the whole order is being held up for the one missing item. I don't think the cat will be very sympathetic if he doesn't get fed this weekend due to VetUK's delay!
