  Poor communication. Don't think that paying extra for the courier service gets you a better service than the free option of Royal Mail.
  VetUK: We are sorry you are not happy with the service you paid for. Using the option for courier delivery ensures your items are packed in a cardboard box and despatched with the courier and not Royal Mail. Further information is available on the P&P page.

  I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service provided by VetUK. I ordered two items at 6pm on Monday and received an email this morning (Wednesday) to advise me that the goods would be delivered between 12.40 and 1.40pm today. • Almost great service

  The first time we ordered from our food order came the next day, that was amazing service, however, you seem to have changed the courier service you use and now when we receive the email saying the order has been dispatched it is sometimes 3-4 days after when we receive the delivery, having said that it is still a good service and great prices.
