• Simply Brilliant

  Came across this site looking for Seraquin recommended by the vet for my little old rescue dog, discovered their prices to be considerably cheaper than other suppliers so ordered straight away. Received text to advise delivery slot and product arrived promptly, now use VetUK for food, tablets, treats and just about everything I need for my dog. Brilliant choice of product, brilliant prices, brilliant service. Simply brilliant.

• Price Increases

  Firstly let me say VetUK gives a great service, not just good, but, in my opinion, they could improve. When you repeat order an item it would be nice to get a pop-up or directed to additional information explaining that there has been a price increase and why there has been a price increase. Yes I know the explanation is likely to be that the supplier has increased their costs and this has to be passed on, but it is nice to be told rather than noticing that the cost of your dog food and treats is slowly creeping up and up. The site, like all others, is quick enough to highlight 10% discounts when they have a sale on so why not be up front with loyal repeat customers. Small point maybe, but I feel worthy of a mention in cash strapped Britain, well in this household anyway.

• 1st Class Customer Service

  Being relatively new to the pet scene, i.e. only having a puppy for 7 months and classing myself as being very internet savvy and being someone who will happily look for the best deals around, I found VetUK online and quickly realised that they are generally the cheapest around with great service and delivery. I am more than happy with the products and service offered by VetUK. I very rarely buy anything on or offline from anywhere else. They say the best way to tell a good company is by their problem resolution and here VetUK is great as well. I recently bought a product and the quality was not what I had expected, a quick email to customer services and a full refund was offered. I have recommended VetUK to friends/colleagues in the past and I will continue to do so.
