• DHL's poor service

  Hi, I was on the receiving end of the Courier's (DHL) poor serive with regards to an order placed for specialist foods. They told me the goods had been delivered and signed for yesterday morning, when in fact they had never left the Depot! This is the 2nd time they have done this to me - and I am NOT impressed with them.
  This is not, of course, VET UK's fault - their service and response times are fine - but I so wish they had a telephone number....

• What a Super Store

  I just had to write to say what a super store you are, excellent delivery service,cheaper prices as well as great offers. I have three yorkshire terriers all with special diets and medication and I'm so pleased to be able to purchase from you making a saving as I'm only on a pension, the vets are so expensive I would struggle to meet the purchases. • Great prices & Service

  With rescuing, we need to save as much as possible. VET UK helps us to do that. The prices are much cheaper than our vets & the prices for HILLS food is fantastic.
