• Water Fountain

  I recently bought the Drinkwell Platinum Water Fountain for my two Siamese Cats. They love it and I have noticed that both cats are drinking much more that from their previous water fountain. It is easy to clean. As we live in a very hard water area I am using supermarket cheapest bottled water in it and it works very well.

• Value for money

  I discovered this site last September and have been back several times to buy products for my animals. With having 9 animals it would cost a lot more at my local vets but find that it is a lot cheaper than the pet shops that stock some of the products that I have bought. Regular orders are flea and worming products with other items for emergency treatment of illnesses such as diarrhoea or disinfectant such as hibiscrub for cuts and grazes.

• Exceptional service and value

  I have never been moved to place a testimonial on any website to date, but I have to do so now because I am so impressed by the service received. My dog has severe allergies and I have been able to order the necessary food and shampoos etc. at half the price my vet was charging. Free delivery on large orders is too good to be true, and saves me lifting heavy supplies of food etc. On 2 occasions I have placed an order one day and received the goods the next! When an item was out of stock I was kept fully informed and given the choice of waiting for supplies to arrive or requesting a refund. Well done Vet UK, your service is second to none.   I've used this site a number of times now for ordering my 2 x GSDs food. The service is incredibly fast, and the prices are great - much cheaper than anywhere else ! I ordered 2 x 15kg bags of food on Monday afternoon and they have just arrived this morning (Wednesday) and before 9:00 am - and all the way from Yorkshire to Scotland !! Fantastic !
