  What I love most is that I get an email telling me time of delivery, and also giving me the option of a different delivery time. I always get the delivery within the allocated time. Well done!!! as one of the reasons I would not use a company is if they have poor delivery service.

  Found this website by pure chance and it is brilliant. Superb speedy service and excellant prices - much better than any pet superstore and everything is delivered to my door. Never had any problems with orders and have recommended you to all my pet owning friends. I also have the added bonus of watching my little rabbits play with the delivery box once it's empty!!

• How do delete old address

  Excellent reliable service but system always defaults to previous address how can I delete this..?..

  VetUK: If you log in to your account then click "My Accoutn" you will see the address section. Each address can be edited or deleted.

• Great service

  I have used this site for a couple of years now. Prices are competative and the courier DPD who delivers my large bags of dog food are second to none. Having the produce dropped off at work, the courier even offered to carry the 15 kg bag to my car (something Royal mail never do). Would recommend and use again.

• Cats best

  Quite often use your excellent service for Cats Best litter, but have you considered selling Cats Best Gold, as we now have a longer coated cat, who attracts Cats Best, whereas the Cats Best Gold has been designed for his type of coat. I am now going to have to try chick crumbs and see if that works, obviously watching that it is not eaten by them!

• Prices

  Please keep you your good prices - I have had to buy from vet pharmacies for years due to my dog and cat conditions. Out of all the ones I have used you are now the better value. You have a quick and efficient delivery system (shame the post office don't read the delivery instructions - could you make that bigger and bolder on the label? - as my local post office is only open from 7-12 and I start work at 7am) Thank you. Our pets mean a lot to us and you can help us to keep our pets healthy by your pricing. You should push that on your advertising - especially as in the news recently owners are giving up pets due to cost .

• Simply the best!

  I spend hours browsing other sites but nearly always come back to VetUK for your excellent prices and product range. Minor quibble is that I have to put the same comment on every order about where to leave parcel if I'm out despite having ticked the "save" box. Just a minor irritation but as we know these can lead to divorce!! Oh and yes - I add my voice to having PayPal please.
