  I placed an order with a competitor of VetUK who had equally low prices and claimed equally quick delivery times. However, after 9 days of waiting, emails and phone calls they still hadn't delivered. In frustration I cancelled the order and placed an order with VetUK. This order was dispatched the same day and arrived the next. I couldn't be happier with VetUK's service.
