My decision was either keep her and pay expensive vet bills for medication or return her and have no contact. • Customer Service

  Having worked in Customer Service I know only to well, that not many people in this day and age can congratulate GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE and we can all be very judgemental of bad Customer Service. It was to my surprise that on logging onto my email, that I received an email from one of the Directors from Vet UK, apologising regarding the delay in customers receiving their orders during the recent postal strikes and did give further details should people want to take the matter further - all this and I hadn't even complained , as I presumed that this would be the case. I have used Vet UK in the past and I wouldn't not hesitate to recommend them in the future - Customer Service guaranteed.
