Been using VetUK for some time now! Originally chose them because best price on dog food. Never bothered to compare prices again because I was so impressed with service. Very fast deliveries & speedy replies to emails. Thanks for a great service. Plus you've saved me loads of money on Vet bills :)

I just had to comment on my recent order. I've been a customer of yours for a few years now and have always been pleased with your service. I am now even more impressed. I had a query with an order which I placed on Wednesday so it was put on hold while it was dealt with. It turned out the only way to deal with this was to cancel the original order and place another which I did on Thursday. Given the Bank Holiday weekend I wasn't expecting the delivery till Tuesday. I was therefore very pleased to hear later on Thursday that the order had been dispatched. I was even more impressed to receive an email on Friday morning to say delivery would be between 10.24 and 11.24 and my opinion has now really
gone off the scale as the delivery came in at just about 10.24! Thanks therefore to you and your courier company. I only wish other suppliers could offer anything like this service!

I have been using this service for over two years now.
The delivery always comes on time, essential as I regularly foster dogs and often need extra supplies quickly!
The range of goods is excellent. (my boy springer loves your toys!) and the price very competitive.
The free delivery on the order makes it even better value. I recommend you to all the people who adopt dogs!

Superb service, ordered goods Monday, posted in prescription same day, goods arrived Wednesday, now that's service. Just wish my vet didn't charge so much for a prescription to make it more cost effective, with 4 dogs to look after, keeping cost down is paramount. Drontal was nearly twice the price at my vet, so pleased with that saving, thanks for a wonderful service, highly recommend.

I just wanted to pass my thanks to the delivery update and courier system used for delivery of Bulky food items. Each of my recent orders have given me a running commentary of how my order is being processed, when and where it can be tracked; emails have also arrived early on the day of delivery detailing which hour it will be delivered; I work in the village that I live and now know I won't have to time my orders for delivery when my husband is on rota days off,because I can now nip home for the hour time slot allocated. Well done for the regular updates,(which could be ignored if you so wished) and well done to the delivery company. May your business relationship continue in the way we've become accustomed. Thank you.PS our regular driver is a lovely polite and friendly man, even brightens up gloomy weathered days.
