The VetUK Dispatch Promise: We will dispatch your order within two working days. If we are unable to do this, you will be contacted and any postage charges you have been charged will be refunded.

UK Orders

For all light and small orders the standard delivery service is Royal Mail First Class. We will pack your order in a Jiffy Bag or if an item is larger we will ensure that it is securely packaged with bubble wrap or in a cardboard box instead.

For heavier and all food orders the standard courier service is delivery next working day after dispatch. Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday and require a signature upon delivery. If you require your order to be left in an alternative location or with a neighbour, please leave a message whilst placing the order and a signed declaration on your door for the courier driver.

Plus to help make your delivery even more convenient for you, if you provide a mobile telephone number, you will be contacted by text message with an estimated hourly delivery slot.

Our courier service delivers Monday to Friday and requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery time is estimated at 2-3 days after despatch.
