** Selecting "Cardboard Box" will ensure your order is packed in a cardboard box containing further packaging as required to ensure your ordered items arrive in the best possible condition. Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class service.
*** Selecting "Courier" will mean your order is packed in a cardboard box as above and despatched with our non guaranteed 24hr courier service provider: currently DPD. A very useful option for those wishing not to use Royal Mail.
****Selecting "Special Delivery" will ensure your order is prioritised at VetUK and despatched with either Royal Mail Special Delivery or if your order is heavier the 24hr courier service. If your order is not delivered next day your fee will be refunded upon request. To qualify for this next day service your order must be paid for before 3 p.m. (Monday-Thursday). Orders taken after 3 p.m. on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.
