We despatch all orders within two working days, if we are unable to do this, you will be contacted.

UK Orders

For all light and small orders the standard delivery service is Royal Mail First Class.

Our courier service is 24 hour delivery after despatch. Deliveries are Monday to Friday and require a signature upon delivery. If you require your order to be left in an alternative location or with a neighbour, please leave a signed declaration on your door for the courier driver.

* Selecting "Letter" will mean we will pack your order in a Jiffy Bag and despatch by Royal Mail First Class service. If an item is too large for a Jiffy bag we will ensure that it is securely packaged with bubble wrap instead.

† a £5 surcharge per order will be applied to certain Highland and Island postcodes (FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW all, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-42, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3), Isles of Scilly (postcode TR 21-22), Isle of Man (postcode IM) Channel Isles (postcodes JE & GY) and Northern Island (postcode BT).

International Orders

Our courier service delivers Monday to Friday and requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery time is estimated at 2-3 days after despatch.
