• Fantastic Company

  I've used VetUk for a year or so. They do a great range of products, especially cat food and treats, which we purchase. Prices are good, and I would rather purchase from VetUk than a larger supermarket. I love that VetUk have bumper packs of Gourmet tins which I can only purchase as individual tins in the supermarket.Shipping is fast and always packed well. I really appreciate it when VetUk contact you via email to say that stock may be unavailable for a few days, and then ask if you're able to wait. I always agree to wait because I know that the wait isn't long, and VetUk have never let me down. I have recommended friends and family to shop with VetUk and they do and we will all continue to shop online with them.

  Came a cross Vetuk while looking for some very low dog food that my dog could eat on a low fat pancreatic diet and newly diagnosed diabetes. She refused all other big brand low fat kibble, but wolfs this brand down. Its also the lowest fat food that I have came across which is a bonus. Super fast free delivery is also great. Would definatly recommend giving them a try.

• Service going that extra mile

  I completed a large order & shortly afterward was advised certain items were not expected until the following week so would I wait or cancel that part - replied I would wait. I was updated as soosn as the stock arrived and informed of the delivery date. DPD were excellent and 2 boxes came full of goodies. The packing is always brilliant and today was no exception. What excellent service from yourselves and the delivery company. It's been a real pleasure knowing how friendly your website is, easy to navigate, great prices and I will be back though it may be a while for supplies to dwindle.

  I found this website earlier this year and it is the best I have purchased from. The delivery and service is excellent and I’ve recommended it to friends. My orders have been well packaged and I was very happy to see that they use DPD for delivery as they are very reliable. I have no complaints with VetUK at all and with the addition of reward discounts it sets them high above any other sites that I have previously bought from.   I have been using Vet UK for just over a year now I think. I have always had amazing speedy service with the website; i ordered something yesterday and its here this morning with First Class delivery. Brilliant.
