• 12 yearold cat has IBD

  I was recently told that my 12 year old cat possibly has IBD and needed to change to a hydrolyzed protein diet to confirm this. I found Hills Prescription Diet z/d dry and wet food for cats and on this site they had the cheapest prices by far and I looked at a lot of sites. Shipping was quick and after 12 days my 12 year old cat has settled into eating his new food. Now I just need to find some treats for him that wont upset what we've accomplished so far.

• So far, so good.

  I have ordered medication for my dogs quite a few times now over the last few years and haven't had any issues at all. The only minor problem I have had was when I ordered the cheaper, generic vet UK wormer instead of the flavoured wormer from Drontal and my dog did not like the taste or smell at all. It was very difficult to administer the drug to my dog even when hiding in food and usually Angus is fine with all types of medications when hidden in food. I won't order that product again even though it's cheaper. Everything else has been fine so far. I always opt for delivery with DPD as they're very reliable and usually receive my order very quickly.

• Fast delivery

  I placed my order at about 9pm on Wednesday 21 Dec (being in a bit of a panic having been let down by another supplier delivering by Royal Mail who hadn't yet managed to deliver an order placed on 10 December) and paid extra for priority delivery, still realistically expecting delivery after Christmas. My order was despatched on Thursday 22nd and arrived on Friday 23rd. Really impressed. Thank you.
