  Excellent service.I have used VetUK twice now and each time I have had my order delivered perfectly. The first order which couldn't be completed straight away, I received an email to inform me of the delay which was only 4 days. The Customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I will always use VetUK as I am happy with the full service I receive. Prices are more than competitive. My 14yr old Yorkie loves the food supplied to her. Ann from London

• Brilliant Service

• Second Shop with you & Very Happy!

  If your looking for excellent customer service, good priced products and good product availability as well as good value delivery charges (even for highlands and islands) then this is the place for you. This is our second shop with this company and we'll keep coming back, they have the main product that we came to them for and now we are even buying more of our usual purchases from them too. Highly recommended, very good internet shopping company and one of the best things we like is the postal charges for highlands and islands because its not too much compared to other companies.

  Yours must be the best internet retail service I have come across. I usually forget to order Seraquin for arthritic whippet until the last minute, but it's never a problem due to your speedy delivery service. Have just ordered two dog beds, cheaper than the competition, and was delighted that they arrived less than two days later via courier (free of charge), and you even emailed to let me know what time to expect delivery, with an option to change this.

  My dog has to have prescription medicines every 3 month and I was paying way over the price that VetUK charges ordered online 1st day received email to confirm order on same day next day received another email stating it would be despatched that evening by 6pm and received it the following day could not ask for anything better would recommend to anyone excellent service thank you.

• Excellent Service

  I ordered a Kong Kickeroo toy for my kitten on the 29th July. My order was despatched on the same day and arrived in the post on the 30th July. I also received some free biscuits for my cat with my order. My cat was delighted with both the toy I ordered and the freebie and the speed of processing the order could not be faulted! This was my first order from VetUK and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. I will definitely be using the services of VetUK in the future.

• First Time

  My first order from VetUK for my cats - no medical goods (except some Spot On), just needed a special 'Furminator' brush unavailable from my regular pet shop - but just getting food etc is definitely cheaper. Ordered on a Tuesday an delivered on Friday after receiving a text saying what hour they delivery would be coming. I made an error on my order and the customer services responded swiftly and politely to my message advising how to proceed. SO much better than having to make the torturous trip to Pets At Home once a month! Many thanks indeed, will recommend to friends.

• Great All Round Service

  I had shopped around for the product that I finally bought (Drinkwell 360 pet fountain) but decided to order with VetUK as I had some questions before I bought. They replied very quickly and were very helpful. The fountain was delivered the next working day, I received an email first and then a text that morning with a 1 hour time slot so that I didn't have to wait around all day. Fantastic service and my cat loves the fountain - no more drinking out of the bath for her!

• Most Impressed

  When my twelve-year-old Scottie developed diabetes, I was very concerned and anxious. The least of my worries was the cost of the special diet food and needles - I just wanted what she needed. When I'd settled into the routine for her care, I looked on the internet for canned diet food at a cheaper price. I found a site, ordered the food, and then waited - and waited. When it finally arrived (24 cans) at least 90% of the tins were badly damaged, and it had taken a fortnight to arrive. By chance I had purchased my injection needles from VetUK, and I received an e-mail from them regarding a special 10% discount on food. I found they stocked the type I was using, ordered 24 cans and straight away received e-mail confirmation. The order arrived within two days, with catch-up e-mails on the process of my order being sent each day. I am very impressed with the standard and quality of delivery, the attractive price and the range of products. Well done VetUK.

• Amazing Service

  Thank you for such an excellent service. All my orders are received within a day or two and if there are any delays I am always kept up to date by email. I even had a text telling me when my delivery was due that day! Most of the prices are much lower than vets and retail stores but sometimes by the time you've paid the vet's prescription fee or delivery charge (for 15kg dog food) it works out cheaper to by the products either from the vets or the pet shop. Other than that this is an excellent company to do business with. Thank you Vet UK!! :o)

• amazing prices

  I have 4 rescue cats and it cost me a fortune to keep them all wormed and healthy when I bought products from the vet. I started buying Drontal from Pets at Home which was cheaper but still a lot more expensive than VetUK. I have recommended them to my local Cat Rescue as they need all the help and money they can get. I cannot recommend VetUK highly enough, fantastic fast service and great communication.
