• Very Impressed

  Placed my 1st order 14th August (Sunday) it arrived on Tuesday - slight problem with order but sorted after a phone call and replaced / delivered on Wednesday....absolutely brilliant service. Also., products are a lot cheaper than where I normally purchase them from even with discounts ! Great company and will be repeating my order soon with the help of the reminder service.

• Hills Cat Food

• Rabbit Supplies

  I order the large sacks of excel rabbit food, on a regular basis due to having 12 rabbits, I use this brand of rabbit food as they cannot sort out what they like and dislike, which means that they get all their nutriments. I would however like to see added larger bags of hay and sawdust, many thanks for the service that you provide. From Ribbon, Gizmo, Holly, Rolly, Doodles, Fern, Cotton, Daisy, Buttercup, Bailey, Princess @ Patch.

  Excellent service and delivery. Have been using VetUK for nearly a year and products are usually delivered within 3 days. Never had any problems. Would highly recommend them as their medical products are far cheaper than the vet. I have been giving my dog Panzym enzyme powder and it works a treat. Have now added a concentrated pro/prebiotic which is really helping with his condition.

• delivery slow down

  Hi...am happy with what you stock but have noticed a slow down in the delivery...if order is placed mid week it is not received until Tuesday the following week which is not the service that you promote.I have just placed an order (Tuesday eve) would hope to get delivered by Thursday???

  It's not clear how to actually complete the purchase. I noticed in the small print that I needed to select a name. When I did, the the checkout button appeared. Make it easy for people to actually complete the purchase.
  VetUK: Sorry you have had an issue with checking out. When ordering a POM you will need to select a pet for each medication, otherwise we could not send them out to you.

• Excellent service and prices

  I always buy my cat and dog frontline from you. Much cheaper than the vets and have also just started to buy Wagg Optimum in bulk for my rabbits. Again much cheaper than local comparables. My one problem is with your delivery service. I do like the email telling me when delivery is but I would like an option to not sign. I am not always in during the day and I have often had to ask neighbours to sign.
