• Superb service

  With all the Coronavirus difficulties, I expected orders to take quite a few days to be delivered, but to my delight, my order placed on Bank Holiday Monday around midday, was delivered the following day at 10am. • Excellent Service in Difficult TImes

  Found the products I needed here at quite a bit less than I could find them elsewhere , popped in my order , less than 24 hours later , my delivery arrived , given the problems for businesses in the Country at present , I was astonished ( and very grateful ) , another , admittedly usually reliable , company had recently taken nearly 14 days from order to receipt ! Really very impressed with VetUK .

• Super amazing VetUk

  First time I’ve ordered with Vetuk, and I’m so happy I did! I stumbled upon this website as my usual pet places were sold out. I’m so lucky I did as Vetuk is so much better priced and have a huge range of food, treats and toys for my chinnies. The prices here are super amazing I cannot get over how much I could of saved if I would of found this earlier! I will not be going back to the other pet places! The customer service has been so helpful. After I placed my order I had found a few treats I had forgotten to add and contacted customer service to see if it was possible to add, it was super professional and quick responding I paid the difference and within a few days I got my order. The only small downside is the p&p price but overall it does come with DPD easy to track and manage. I would like to suggest if you could have a free postage when you spend a certain amount... but other than that keep up the amazing service!! Thank you

• Vet UK Saved The Day!

  Glucosamine support supplements had been out of stock locally for a while, even before the Covid 19 crisis, I tried & tried to get some. But Vet UK to the rescue! was able to order some for my Lancashire Heeler “Fletch” he runs so hard & with the warm weather & drier ground, he does get a little stiff. Can’t thank you enough, was feeling like a rubbish dog Mum, seeing him so uncomfortable, am now redeemed 😊 keep well all.

• Good work!

  First time customer of VetUK after a well known national retail park/online retailer took my order/money and failed to dispatch due to 'stock errors' (or give a refund, yet . . .) leaving me high and dry. My rabbit was running low on food during the virus lockdown. All credit to VetUK for continuing to operate under difficult conditions, to keep their prices fair (still cheaper than the national!) and deliver via courier within days, all with no fuss. Happy now that we don't have to worry about feeding our pet for a few months. Well done. I'll be supporting this small/local business in future . . .
